Schwinn Indoor Cycling
Using the most technologically advanced indoor cycling bikes the Schwinn program is based on three elements for success – Authentic cycling principles – Cycling for everyone and Coaching from our certified instructors! A winning combination for everyone!

Zumba!DanceLab, Dance Party! South Florida’s leading choreographers combine dance movements from Latin rhythms to African drums. DSL Contemporary jazz dance class with add-on choreography set to multi-generational music that is heart racing fun. Mitana! The latest movement in dance! Choreographed from Broadway to Pitbull

Hatha Yoga
Yoga is a 5000 year old discipline of exercise that units the body and the mind. Anyone of our programs will assist you in creating harmony through breathing and movement; this will come to you in an increase of both flexibility and strength. Students are offered props as needed to attain all classification of poses. Open Level

Pilates Mat
This class focus’ on strengthening the muscles of the hips, back, abdominals, and glutes or what is known in Pilates as the powerhouse. The exercises require stabilization of the torso and focused effort to keep the abdominals contracted and working throughout.

Water Aerobics
Enjoy a total body workout in our fabulous indoor pool! Cardio, strength and balance in the water

Personal Training
